Tourism and Visit Family and Friends
- Proof of sponsorship. Some member states may require that proof be submitted as per a national official format (c.f. website of the Member State(s) of intended destination); and,
- if the applicant is visiting a close relative, proof of family relationship through a copy of the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA (Pakistan National Database and Registration Authority), proof of family relationship through national civil status records; and
- if the applicant is the spouse of the intended visited person, marriage certificate (NikahNama) and/or Marriage Registration Certificate issued in English, by the Union Council of residence, or other proof as applicable for religious minorities.

Follow these steps for a smooth application process:
Step 1: Appointment Booking and Submission
- Book an Appointment: Schedule your appointment through the BLS website.
- Visit the Visa Application Center: Arrive on the date and time mentioned on your appointment letter.
- Carry all required documents. Ensure they are complete and valid to avoid delays.
- Take a token upon arrival and wait for your turn.
- Submit your application and documents at the designated counter.
Step 2: Biometrics Enrollment
- Proceed to the Biometrics Booth: Provide fingerprints and a live photo.
- Complete the Biometric Enrollment Form: Fill and sign it during this step.
- Applicants aged 6 and above: Biometrics are mandatory.
- Applicants less than 6 years of age: Exempted from biometrics but must appear in person.
- For family applications, individuals over 18 must sign their forms.
Step 3: Payment of Fees
- Visa Fee: Pay 90 Euros for adults & for Children between 6-12 years Pay 45 Euros in cash (converted to PKR).
- BLS Service Charges: PKR 5,300, paid during appointment booking.
- Only cash payments in PKR are accepted. Debit or credit cards are not allowed.
- Receipt: Retain the stamped and signed receipt until your documents are collected.
